a year in Solitude is coming to an end… slowly but unavoidably… and with it the beautiful sommerfest of the academy. This coming JULY 3rd 2010, at the Akademie Schloss Solitude, in Stuttgart, I will begin a new performance. It will take place in my personal studio at 18:30 and will last till 22:30… The studio is Number 25…

Title: Departure Imminent

The artist’s studio and living space for the past year is opening up to the public… this is not a rundgang. this is private. It’s about departure… The artist anti-hero is getting ready to leave solitude as his fellowship comes to an end… the studio will no longer be his. This is a ritual of passage, letting go and moving on…
