Today she is not alone – premiere coming up
April 9, 2008
Dear friends,
Another looong weekend is over and I am forced to retake my life into my own hands and restart my editing, managing, sports routine and so on. The Biennale experience is fading away and I have calmed down after all the bumpy rides and night events Berlin had to offer these days. I have seen a performance in the Kunst Werke two nights ago… it was part of the “Biennale by night program”… I will not even comment because I don’t want to start sounding like an uptight bitch. I swear there are things I really like a lot and I do not criticize everything but a person is allowed to have an opinion and be picky, so I am just being honest.
My friend, Emanuela, saw “Today she is not alone” and will organize a screening of the movie in Rome, later this year. Those are great news. As soon as the date and place are fixed, I will post the details of the premiere of the movie. The official premiere will be in Dubai in May. Where in Dubai is still not clear though. Right after the premiere I will start applying for several short film festivals across the globe so the movie might hit your city too. I will keep you posted.
The sound editing has not been completed yet so the movie is officially still not ready.
Kiss,
Ivan

I just wanted to let it all come to me and have a great time, seeing new art peaces and meeting friends along the way. I thought it would be a wonderful day… but instead it turned out to be a joke… and a bad joke it was indeed… It was so bad that I thought there would be a man jumping out from behind some corner shouting at us: “candid camera”!
I don’t know where to start… I first got my accreditation in the Kunst Werke and walked through them and it wasn’t all that bad… From the entire Biennale I would only save Read the rest of this entry »
